CBeebies is directed at very young children. I can tell this because the language that is used is simpler to understand and and fun writing, and nice colours, with generally happy things about it. Most things are simple and educational for young learners. Their parents can help them with this learning as well so that they know what their child is learning about, and can help them with that. They will want to learn when they see their favourite T.V characters , and will be more enthusiastic about it. Questions on ICT blog.
